We had Elshad and his team move my parents from their large home in the early spring from local to a town 5 hours away. We were not easy clients. We had more stuff than space, and very obscure items and often very heavy items. They didn't judge, they just worked and smiled. This was such a stressful time for all of us, and they were so wonderful. They were patient, flexible, very strong, and joyful! And they did this during a religious fast, and a snowstorm. I felt very confident in their abilities to move very large and heavy items out of, and into small spaces. They smiled at every request. They are very gracious and trustworthy. I would hire them again anytime.Also, I wish I caught a photo of their strength and acrobatics to maneuver large and heavy items. AND we couldn't find a better price. It was all worth it! My partner and I recently used Elshad and his team at Ant Moving Services to move from our midtown condo to a townhome in north Toronto. They were recommended by family who used them to move from Toronto to Ottawa (!!). Planning with Elshad for the move was simple and efficient. We settled on two movers for the job, and they arrived early to wrap the items which were fragile or required special care. Throughout the move I found them to be very polite, respectful of our space and items, and receptive to the specific instructions which we provided as needed. The entire move was finished in exactly 5 hours and for a very competitive price.We could have gone with someone cheaper, but we were weary of doing so as we've heard horror stories from friends who went that route and were left with inexperienced movers and damaged items.
