Party City

I have been purchasing for the balloons in the Party City for the last 10 years and always had a wonderful experience! This time specifically at this location I got opposite experience! I purchased two big bouquets of the balloons for my daughter’s BD, one of them Elsa which deflated in few hours and the other bouquet with many colourful balloons 2 of them deflated! I would never leave such a negative comment if the staff apologized but when I came to the store and asked for a replacement they were very unpleasant and made me feel I did bad job smth to the balloons! They were asking me did you take the balloons out of the box? Did you put them in the hot room? I have been using their company for years never ever had such a service like today! They replaced the balloons but then in 3 hours I got the same situation and I called them again but got such a response that I do not want even to come back for refund! I just read the previous reviews and see that I am not the first leaving such a comment! Hopefully you read my comment before coming to the place that is not to make you smile but to make your special occasion not SPECIAL!!!

Purchased a ton of balloons here. The manager came out and was very helpful on weight requirements and bagging. The front counter staff however are kids and not customer service friendly. They give you one word answers and speak in a very rude way. Made my family feel we were asking them a favorWe ordered $300 worth of balloons. Requested to have each bagged separately as the manager suggested which we paid for extra. We were advised to come back in an hour and 15min. We came back 90 minutes after and the balloons weren't touched for bagging. We waited an additional 30 minutesStore has good merchandise and clean

I just called looking for a Beatles wig. I listened to all the options, then finally got a human. I was put on hold, 5 or 6 minutes. I was then told to come in" or "look on our website". Customer service: Fail."

Literal robbery. $60 to place helium in a small number of balloons only to have the bouquets tangle in the car while driving home. When I asked why they weren’t placed in bags, the response I get is “I mean.. we do have bags you just have to purchase them”. Lots of other small businesses in the area that will do better work at better service and comparable if not lower rate.

Not busy. A few Associates around to help. Shelves appeared well stocked. But they chose not to deal with a Cdn $100 bill?.They had very little cash and did not want to clean out their smaller bill's. Cash stated that most people use credit cards. I started that with todays retail prices being as high as they have gone they might consider increasing air float size.

Bought Paw Patrol punch balloons here for a party. They had a defect where upon being blown up they immediately deflated (see photo). Some kind of very small leak. This only affected half the balloons in the pack. Brought them back to exchange and was told by manager that it is impossible" for them to be defective. Don't shop here

Went to 3 different party city store for a specific item and this Oakville store was the only one that had the proper inventory. Very good job to Ashley & Alexa for keeping the store neat and being super friendlyThx againGeorge

It has all of the stuff that you need for a party, they have so much stuff that are useful. This Party City is the best one I have ever experienced
