After reading the other reviews here and having an excellent experience with Nancy I've decided that the people who've left reviews here haven't tried having her work for them and thus they haven't seen how effective she is. She doesn't have a cute or bubbly personality-- she's effective and straight to the point. She is fair minded and knows her trade incredibly well. She offers a book that she has authored to help her clients get mentally ready for selling their house. She doesn't promise you the moon if she can't deliver. I shopped around for an agent before I decided on Nancy, and I am very happy with her. We sold our house at a higher estimate than she gave us. Would rate higher if I could. Thanks Nancy !
