Alina Gardner, was one of my greatest mentors during my personal development journey. She was my friend, class mate, and mentor during my College years. Honestly I doubt I would have done it out of College, and Board exams without her help. She is absolutely one of my favorite Registered Massage Therapists. As an RMT myself I need a specific type of treatment, have very high expectations when I get a massage therapy treatment, and have a hard time allowing my body to be touched because of my very specific injuries, but with Alina I feel safe and thoroughly enjoy my treatment.At Stoufville Family Massage, I feel like I am away in a vacation. The moment I step through the clinic's doors I already feel relaxed. The ambiance is addictive! The massage therapists who work there make a great team and put in the effort to help every client feel safe, treated with care and respect. The energy is inviting, calming, and rejuvenating, aiming to relax both the body and the mind during a quiet treatment. Most of talking happens before entering the treatment room or after the treatment, which is an absolute bonus for anyone who wants to relax.
