Visited the store yesterday and Arlene's daughter was super helpful and kind. Day 1 of using the Shampoo & Conditioner 'bars' and my hair is already looking less dry and frizzy - loving them!

Beautiful little shop. Arlene is super nice and very knowledgeable of the wide variety of eco friendly clothing lines she carries. There are also some nice little local goods and art work to check out.

Exquisite shop with a lovely, helpful, knowledgeable owner. The honey made in Mesachie Lake is delicious. I'm an eco-cloth convert, too (those things rock).

I had the most amazing shopping experience here last weekend while visiting my family in Lake Cowichan . While out for a morning walk, I stumbled upon this new boutique. I was impressed to find that all the items (clothing and some personal care and household goods) are all ethically made, as locally sourced as possible, and made of sustainable/renewable fabrics. I feel like it is rare to find a store owner so committed to those things these days, rarer still to find that in Lake Cowichan. The owner convinced me, a person who hates denim with a fiery passion, to try on a pair of Yoga brand Jeans. True to her word, I was an instant convert, and I have been living in these jeans ever since. They are the softest material with the perfect rise, stretch and fit for my body shape. Hands down worth every penny! I was even offered a free, freshly picked, ripe pear with my purchase! I hope everyone gets the chance to check this place out, it is absolutely the fresh, young, on-trend yet comfortable and casual type of boutique that those of us in Lake Cowichan who don't want to wear carhartts and Stanfields desperately need!

Love this little shop and the owner is super helpful and sweet. She was great at explaining how some of the different product she offers works such as Kefir starter kits etc. The store offers a mix of many high quality products and clothing that are more naturally focused and eco friendly. It's great if you're looking for that hard to find item. The store is a beautiful little gem in a town with very little. My favourite shop to buy from. Thanks for your hospitality.
