Excellent customer service and beautiful recliners. Nice that everything is in stock, too. A rarity these days.Came back a few months later and purchased a sofa bed. Excellent service from Steve (again)! We will have to wait for the item for at least 10 weeks, but we think it will be worth the wait to have a comfortable hide-a-bed for our guests.

I found the representative Kim Donselaar very helpful in finding a couch specifically that would be accommodating to my special needs without the run around showing couches that were not applicable for my situation. She was also very friendly and was not a pressure sales person. Would definitely recommend her to others looking for furniture.

Very pleased with Monica’s service when researching and ultimately purchasing our power recliner at the Calgary south location. From her friendly but not intrusive greeting to the time she took to help us find the right recliner, Monica was professional and had a great sense of humor.Delivery was on time with no mess and the guys were friendly and helpful in setting everything up.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with our sales person Kim Donselaar and Marina Rezende. They came to our home for a consultation and presented us with a number of great options and created a 3D design, which helped us see the overall design. With Kim and Marina's knowledge of the product and their suggestions we felt very confident in our selections. They went above and beyond our expectations and were fully invested in us being happy. The 5 stars are because of our salesperson, Monica. We ran into troubles when the fabric we had selected was not available and the factory didn't let us know until about 2 or 3 weeks after we had made the selection. Monica was amazing with helping us make a new selection and offering us options. We never once felt pressured or made to feel guilty if we decided to just cancel our order. We ended up choosing a floor model but it had a nick in the wood and she went to work to solve that problem for us, too. She was cheerful and helped us to not become discouraged with the obstacles that we encountered as she always had an idea" on how to get around it - very resourceful person!"

I have loved my La-Z-Boy furniture, and felt it is an investment worth making/worthwhile as well as excellent service. However, after ordering from the SE Calgary store I don't think we will ever return. The sales person slipped in the warranty without disclosure. A day later when I realized, brought it forward, was avoided until I went into the store to discuss and was gaslight Oh you agreed to it". I would know that I agreed to an added $600
