Sometimes supply places are grumpy towards you if you're not a Journeyman. Not the case at Aquifer. Excellent, fast, knowledgeable. If you are a DIY'er like me, never go to home depot again for plumbing pieces! Chris K is the man!

I discovered Aquifer in Regina a few years back just before the Covid days. That's when my son and myself were starting a Fluid Application business and I found myself needing odd PVC fittings and tools to get the job done.The day I walked into Aquifer was like walking into a Canadian Tire Store for the first time as a kid. They had items that few suppliers offered and they had inventory! They had everything I didn't even know I needed and they helped me solve a lot of challenges I faced.I no longer had to go to several different suppliers or wait for weeks to get parts, and Aquifer's prices were more than fair.Today, Marcel from North Battleford helped me with an order and it reminded me that everyone at Aquifer, (that I have dealt with since day one), from the service desk to accounts receivable, knows how to treat the customer for a complete and courteous experience.I plan to use Aquifer for many years to come.Gordon

The water treatment customer service is not good at all. It is all started with me when I wanted to purchase iron eater for my house, I called on Dec 16th ,2020 and the salesman told me to drop a water sample. Next day I did drop filtered and unfiltered water samples and the front desk attendant told me it will take an hour or two and we will send you the detailed information and which iron eater will work for your well water. Waited 4 days and received nothing from them, called again Dec 21, 2020 and the same promise and I received nothing. Now I wondering why or because of my accent?

Horrible service. Would not recommend.We had this company come and inspect our well a few months ago and they have been MIA since. Other than sending us a bill in the mail that is now accumulating late charges. No email reply when we asked if someone could review the findings with us. No call back after both my husband and I have tried calling multiple times and have left messages over the last few months. Both in regards to paying the bill and having someone review the findings. Terrible way to run a business.EDIT- called the number Aquifer commented below. Still no answer or call back after leaving messages.
