Poor customer service. Owner is so arrogant and rude.

All shoes is very old stock when i visit hire last 2017 and ill visit 2020 again it's all same shoes not recomended this store

I got orthodics from here with my prescription and love this place.

It was always a pleasure dealing with Luba the previous owner until the new management took over. It will cost me more than 3 visits just to complete a claim. Poor customer service!

For anyone with trouble with their feet or getting a good fitting shoe, I'd really recommend looking at them. Very good customer service.

Bad customer service... 0 out of 5.At 5pm, I wonder why the store is locked during open hours, seems like customer are not welcome, I knock and he open the door but the staff is arrogant and asking if I have appointments while Im still outside. It's very obvious customer are not welcome when he told me that the shoes there are costly compare to other shoe store. 1st time I hear from sales person that their product are expensive instead of price are good or fair. Seems like he is trying to tell me that I cannot afford the shoes there and go away. I really feel down after that, I lost my interest and walk out.he really don't want to sale things and he is busy on his video call.
