Dennis and the team were extremely helpful when planning out our bathroom and kitchen renovation. It was incredible to go somewhere that has all your needs in one place. Dennis made the process easier with his extensive knowledge of products and procedures. He illiminated the worry of purchasing something I would have regretted in a big box store or subbing out the bathroom work to someone who might not have the experience that the team at Bathtub King Hamilton have. I highly recommend them for any of your bathroom and kitchen renovations. Complete bathroom renovation. Very satisfied with the products we choose from their in store selection. Biggest problem was lack if cooperation from their lead contractor. Poor drywall finishing, ceiling not square but they tiled anyway resulting in crooked sight lines. Dont know why they finished off the room as unlevel parts could have been corrected after room was completely gutted. Origional sales person very nice but others up the ladder dont listen. We finished cupboards (2) ourselves as the ones installed were just pine slabs. When we asked why not just install white or finished MDF shelves the lead hand said I dont like MDF"Some tiles look uneven but room is functional"

I would have given this company 2 stars initially HOWEVER the small imperfection on the tub sill was twice fixed. The old tub looked like new but for a little black hair on the sill....Bathtub King Ron made sure we were happy customers and in the end we are! Ron is a dedicated employee. Friendly and ensures the customer is happy and satisfied. You have a great employee here!! Thanks Ron!

While I would like to comment that the Sales side of the business is very knowledgeable and the products are very nice and priced reasonable… it is the after sales service that is terrible and the professionalism on how to overcome customer concerns is totally lacking… BUYER BEWARE. This is not a single instance.. look at the other reviews… They are RUDE and will not own up to issues within their control.Due to Covid, I was ordering parts well in advance of needing them. I ordered a marble shower base, vanity with quartz top and all of the fixtures for vanity and shower (including Rain Head) from BT King. When I picked up the parts, I came home only to see that the Rain Head was not in the box with every other fixture… they forgot to order it…. I had to return a week or so later to pick it up.BT King did the ‘professional’ shower base installation at a cost of nearly $600. I use the word ‘professional’ lightly here… they installed it with wooden shims and construction adhesive in less than 45 minutes.. I could have done that. I was expecting a bed of mortar to seat the base to my already nearly level floor.Finally, when the time came to have my plumber install the shower faucet/Diverter assembly, it became evident that parts were missing. I called the store to inquire, and it was then told to me that I received an open box diverter (and they had no idea parts were missing) and that I received the floor model faucets… was never told that I was getting floor models and open box parts when paying full price for them.While I did get the parts I needed, it took 2 hours all the while I had a plumber on the clock… costing me money. Dennis had the nerve to indicate that I had an incompetent plumber (not that he and his team were at any fault for the ‘used and open box stock’ missing parts.Forget about looking for any customer satisfaction or ‘make it right’ effort from Dennis and his team.. because when I asked about this he hung up on me…Do not recommend going to them ever!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!In September 2021 we hired this company to reglaze our tub in the basement. They did the job and we were told that if we had an invoice that the work would be covered under warranty. We paid for the work, however, in February we noticed pieces of the glaze coming up from the bottom of the tub. We contacted them and they didn’t respond. We attempted again and were told that they didn’t see the email. We sent pictures and they asked us what cleaning products were used. We have a cleaning service and confirmed with them that they use an all natural cleaner. The company said that they would come to repair the work on a Saturday. We changed our plans for the day and they kept us waiting all day and never showed. They said they sent an email and left a voicemail to us, however, we received nothing. We then arranged for them to come on another Saturday and again they never showed up. We have been trying to reach someone at this company, however, they are not responding. We really don’t know what to do next and feel that they are not honouring their warranty. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐If I helps to note, this company is under brand new ownership since late 2022. The showroom is definitely worth a visit. Professional and great service.

In 2016 we used Bathtub King to have our claw tub reglazed. During the initial process the gentleman doing the work broke an expensive glass vase in a bedroom close to the bathroom then had the nerve to try and charge us for the Bathtub King product used to best clean the tub. My husband pointed out that that since he broke the vase the least he could do would be to give us the product for free.Here we are 2022 though I noticed it happening about six months ago and the glaze is bubbling and chipping. When I called I was informed the four year warranty was coincidentally up and to fix it would cost $299. to strip it and $699 to reglaze.They must think us crazy to go back to a company whose only lasts 5 years when in reality it should last years. I am the only person using this tub. It is cleaned on a regular basis, I don’t use a rubber mat at the bottom. We are seniors on a pension to say we are disgusted is an understatement. Don’t use this company.

My senior parents hired bathtub king to renovate their three bathrooms. After 1 year, just after the warranty expired the renovations have started to fall apart. The grout in both showers is starting to crack. The floors are not level. The tile in the showers is not level. Some tile is sticking out and other tile is pushed in. The grout lines are uneven. The original bathrooms lasted 25 years and these bathrooms are falling apart after 1 year. The renovation was not cheap either they charging 60,000 for the renovations. Do not use this company.
