Massage Addict

Most amazing place I've ever been for massage. All 4 members of my family come here to see different therapists and have never left unhappy. Been coming in on the monthly membership plan for over a year now. Lots of therapists to choose from, great hours, prices that can't be beat, super sweet front desk staff and spotless premises!! If you haven't tried them out yet you definitely should!!! Don't let a couple of negative reviews stop you...most likely people looking for something free. This is THE place for massage hands down...no pun intended!! Enjoy!!

LOVE OH MY GOD I FELT LIKE A WHOLE NEW PERSONNNNN !!!! I had Natalia and she was sooo good she really dug into my bones. And the receptionists are so nice. Manuella is very sweet love her

Called, you can tell that even though whoever answered the phone was saying all the right things correctly, she was trying to rush me off the phone and didn't even attempt to book an appointment for me. She could have been way more helpful. Potential customer lost.

I visited Massage Addict yesterday and had my first Acupuncture treatment.Honestly the whole experience, from waiting room to bill payment, was a great experience! The staff were nice and welcoming, and I was able to relax during the treatment. Plus I think it actually helped my right foot with it’s plantars faciatis.The only reason I didn’t give it a full 5 stars is that I feel like I need to spend more time there to get a fuller idea of it.Which is why I’ll be visiting again soon!

It was a nice time to relax they take good care of the customer however the 1 hour service includes questions, setting up and you dressing up and taking down. So basically 45 to 50mins of actual massage therapy

I love massage addict! They receptionists are always so pleasant and the massage therapists are very well educated and listen to your needs. They’ve taken care of me through my entire pregnancy!

Rose is always so friendly and welcoming - always nice to brighten your spirits right before a massage! I've had Shawn and Sylvie and both are excellent. Overall, it's very clean and very professional. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

I usually go to a different massage clinic but they are so good that they’re hard to get in with. I really needed a massage and was very impressed with how quickly I was able to get in here. I was the first appointment of the day and I arrived before the therapist. From the moment she walked in the door she complained to the receptionist about how much she didn’t want to work that day which made me uncomfortable as her client sitting right there. Many times during the massage I had to ask her to use less pressure because she was causing me a lot of pain. She would lighten up for a moment, then it would be painful again. I was surprised as a I had specifically asked for a relaxing massage and have never had an issue at any other clinic. By the end of my massage I left with lower back pain that I didn’t have when I first arrived, as well and bruising along my lower back - both of which lasted for days. I will definitely will not be back here.

Receptionist is kind and helpful and I have enjoyed my services there so far!

I booked an appointment and unfortunately I felt that I would be a couple of minute late to my appointment due to an emergency so I figured I should email and ask about their late policy. Rose basically lets me know that I cannot be more than 15 minutes. I ask if it would be possible to reschedule for a later time just in case I would not make the 15 min mark and Rose says I would not be able to. Before I could even confirm that I would actually be able to make the appointment on time, Rose cancels my appointment and gives it to someone else. I found her to be a bit rude at that. Funny enough, I would have made it to my appointment right on time and I was right on tenth line - 3 minutes away from the clinic when I got the notification that my appointment was cancelled.They need to work on their customer service and communication skills. As a result, they will never be getting my business and I will be sure to make mentions of this to those around me. Best of luck to those who book with this clinic.
