Good place again for people who have outdoor hobbies. Garden...animals.. etc. Knowledgeable the staff.

I made a large purchase of a sale item, but the sale didn't start until the next day. When I saw the ad in the flyer ,I could have saved 60.00 per item. My mistake for not paying attention to the flyer sale date. When I called them if there was anything that they could do to help, my answer was an immediate YES. They honoured the sale price and gave me a in-store gift card for the difference in the price. I will be going back to them in the future. Great service. BTW I never shopped there , because of the old management due to poor service,but you have won me back with your new team of employees and managers.. Thank you.

I live in Orillia and have always supported Peavy Mart until a couple weeks ago. I sent a copy of my bill to head office about the play sand. I told them I needed to use to support the umbrella stand. I used very little and returned to the store. The assistant manager told me I opened bag. Yes I did because I thought we could use still but we were not able to. The mulch we purchased and it was 20 bags was also wet but we spread it and used this rather than return to store. Since then we purchased another 60 bags but will not go back to the store ever. I never even received an email from store? Great friendly service. I guess they are too busy to keep paying customers happy and want us to use the other stores in Orillia. Not very happy as we only shop in the town we live as we want to support our town. We should always support local business.RegardsMark

OK place. I love these old TSC stores.This one needs a bath.If you did some elbow grease you'd have something.

Not the greatest Tsc Store but not the worst either, could have better selections in stock.Never have any of the sale items if they do its only 1.False advertising in flyers, staff aren't very informed.

Too bad they didn't have the seed in stock that was on sale. Also wish they would have offered a rain check ✔️. Oh well. Friendly staff for sure

Great variety of tools and supplies. Good prices. Staff helpful. Space is a bit tight. Floors were a bit of a mess.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff..... and very helpful customers :) Store seemed well stocked but they were out of medicated starter chick feed that we needed. Maybe call first to ensure they have what you need.

What a great place to shop everything in one place . It’s a Hidden gem, I can’t believe how much is in this place from toys to live chicks. Electrical to plumbing gardening automotive in more.
