Rutul was great in helping me set up a new plan and deserves five stars, he found a decent deal and helped with all accessories. He asked great lifestyle questions and sold based on the value that I would get out of it, not just the price alone.Retention from my previous provider unfortunately gave me a better deal so two days later I had to return the phone. A different person at the counter tried telling me that because disposable plastic wasn't wrapped about the charge adapter it would be tough to consider it in the original packaging" for buyer's remorse.As someone who worked in mobility sales

Received a good deal for my situation, I had to replace my phone it broke, I was BYOD before and went with their MyTab program to get a new phone with little upfront cash, could have taken no money down upfront but I wanted a more high end phone, it had been a while since I considered changing plans mine was old so I ended up moving onto a new plan that cost the same but gave me more data so it was a win.Kishan(Anne?) was very helpful and nice!
