Dr. Basel truly puts his patients before money, which is rare these days. He is honest, very knowledgeable, truly compassionate and trustworthy. I used to go to a big eye place in Cambridge where the doctor never cared to explain anything. Compared to her, Dr. Basel is so humble and professional! He diagnosed my family members with an ease that comes from deep understanding. My brothers simply loved him. The lady at the desk is also very kind and friendly. Their office is clean and lovely. Judging from mine and several other friends' experiences, this is the only optometry I would recommend with an open heart.

Basel is a true professional, he took his time during the exam to explain what all of the tests were measuring and what my results really meant. He was also incredibly patient when it came time to pick out my new set of frames. My new favourite optometrist, highly recommended!!

I highly recommend this optometry location. Dr Wahib took the time and answered our questions thoroughly. His patient and friendly nature, made my kids feel at ease. He seems to be knowledgeable in his field, but also a kind and caring person. Love the set up and peaceful atmosphere (calming, inviting colors). Keep up the excellent work!

Wonderful experience with Dr Basel Wahib. He is very personable, down to earth and thorough. He makes you feel comfortable, explains everything he is doing and why and seems to genuinely care. Melija was welcoming as we entered and very friendly throughout our visit. My husband and I had an excellent first experience and would highly recommend Eye Matter! Keep up the fantastic work Dr Basel!

Dr. Basil Wahib is an experienced and intelligent professional that treats his patients like friends. He welcomes them and explains the process in its entirety. He is always open to answering any questions or concerns. Very generous and knowledgeable. He ordered multiple trials for contact lenses and helped me find the best and most comfortable fit. I ordered contact lenses just a few days ago and the company had them delivered to my home, free of charge. Sam and Leen are also very wonderful. They ensure patients feel welcomed and help them as much as possible. They helped me find glasses that fit my face perfectly. Highly recommend eye matter!!

My father had an emergency matter during the COVID shutdown, and this was the only place that agreed to book an emergency appointment and opened up shop to receive us. The service was very professional, every safety precaution was taken, and he really helped my father with the prescription and remedies he recommend for his eye. I went back recently post the shutdown and bought a sweet pair of sunglasses to support this new family business. Highly recommended.

All I can say is that this is an awesome place with awesome people. Dr. Basil Wahib and staff are very friendly, professional, and efficient - they will walk you through the process. Nothing like my previous eye doctor. Highly recommend!!!
