The price was fair and the materials were better! They don’t use tar paper but a strong membrane that doesn’t tear. The end result great and was carried out in a safe way by a professional crew. The work was done in the 2 planned days, they protected my property from any damage and spent a lot of time tidying up when finished. Definitely recommend.

Would highly recommend this roofing company. Owner is very professional and knowledgeable. The team showed up on time and got our roof done within the exact time frame we were given. They were careful with our glass deck railing and cleaned up as promised. Quality is amazing. Really love the end result. It has been almost a year since they installed our roof and it withheld the high winds we had last winter.

Do to not living local all my dealings with Sheldan at Roofing Plus was by phone calls only.Tenant forwarded pictures to me when job was done.We had new shingles put on our roof , on a rental in Belleville .The job was completed on date they quoted us, the grounds were left spotless , excellent company to deal with. Thank you Sheldan and crew.Would definitely recommend this company , and use them again.

BEWARE OF ROOFING PLUS. I do not recommend!!! i had them do my roof last year. part of it started leaking and they refuse to address the leak. the overall job looks like lumpy porridge and they say it's 'the nature of architectural shingles'. my roof leaks and they won't fix it and they said that the overall job 'might look terrible but it doesn't leak so it's only aesthetics!!!' THESE GUYS ARE A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH. FOR SOME REASON THEY HAVE A 'GREAT' REPUTATION AROUND THE BELLEVILLE/QUINTE AREA BUT THEY DON'T DESERVE IT. They may have been good in years gone by but now they are nothing but unprofessional.

My wife and I would like to give a huge shoutout to Sheldon and his crew for finishing our steel roof on Nov 09, 2021. We had another roofer under contract since Aug 17, 2021 who failed at being a roofer and just took our money. Roofing Plus stepped up and did an amazing job for us. Roofing Plus is not inexpensive BUT they are fully professional, careful of property, dependable and proud of their work. The owner, Sheldon, has put together a good team of polite and efficient men who never stop working and seem to enjoy what they are doing. If you want a good product put on in a timely manner and cleaned up so that you wouldn't know they had even been there - call Sheldon!
