Very short staffed, especially on the weekends. Leads to frustrated staff who end up being rude and passive aggressive to customers. Do yourself a favour and try another location. To the manager/owner: either increase staff or find staff who can give reasonable customer service when things get busy.

I went to the store, looking shoes for my family. Quinlan was really helpful. He helped me out with all the sizes and perfect knowledge about different shoes. The store manager also gave me some really good suggestions as I was buying it for my family back home. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will suggest everyone to visit the store.

The guy working here Mr. Pranay is so nice. Really explained the offers and future offers as well. Employees like him will Let you choose your life easier when you are a confused person like me. I would rate a 5 star for this. Although i got 30% off for work shoes as im a Tim Hortons employee.

Outstanding customer service! Brayden was quite accommodating and extremely patient. He put me at ease when making my choices and not once make me feel like I was inconveniencing him or had to rush. He continually went back and forth to retrieve various sizes/styles/colours until I found the right ones for me. He did so with a smile and positive attitude and I felt Brayden genuinely wanted to help. Thank you for making my experience a positive one, see you again soon!
