Not sure how Dan has 15 “ perfect scores “ - but I’m going to be the first to write this unfortunately.Dan completed my shared driveway with my neighbour almost 2 months ago. I called him to explain that my neighbour and I weren’t really“pleased” with the Sealcoating. I explained that the driveway after being washed with water, was washing a brown fluid at the bottom of the driveway, leaving a streaking mark...apparently this is “normal“....He wasn’t much of help. In fact, he made a point of coming by to drop off his business card without following up or calling to see if the issue persisted, even though he had my number.I guess he has that many clients, he has no desire to do anything with the clients that aren’t happy with his work.You can compare wet VS dry. This is 2 months in...where the streaks are...the seal " is off."

Highly recommend. Troy was excellent. He carefully moved items out of the way if he felt they might get sprayed, cleaned driveway and applied the spray. When done he asked me to ensure I was satisfied with work done. I was and four days later driveway looks the best it every has.
