The table that I bought is absolutely lovely. Very beautiful and stable. I had no issues purchasing and the table arrived very quickly.The only issue that I had was that the product off-gassed for a couple of days.Highly recommend this table and Rustic Furniture.

As per usual, the customer service at Rustic Furniture outlet was excellent. My furniture was ready for pick up and I was able to easily pick up as per instructed. Also, the furniture is great and sturdy. This was our 3rd purchase with Rustic Furniture outlet, we keep on going back because their quality is excellent and so are their prices.

They helped guide me through the selection of our new dining room table and were prompt in replying to questions every step of the way. We easily selected the table through their on-line store and we also visited their location. We were welcomed with a tour and friendly banter.An absolutely gem of a team and we loved the fact they were local, nearby to our move to Rigaud.The beauty and quality of the table are just stunning. We absolutely love it to bits and the natural wood with grey tones fit our décor to a tee! Amazing service! I had made an order for a table, bench and 2 chairs. Finalized the order and called it a day. They contacted me shorty after with concerns that my choices didn't fit well together and worked with me to chose items that complemented each other better. They went above and beyond by tracking down an out-of-stock bench that matched the table I wanted at another store. I think most stores would have just accepted my first order and not bothered to ensure that my choices worked well together, but Lauren came up with beautiful options for me and I couldn't be happier with the final results.

First of all the dining table and coffee table I purchased are absolutely gorgeous, great quality, love it! the items were delivered on time and well packaged/protected. Second, the customer service is outstanding, Communication is great and they respond quickly also Upon unpacking the coffee table, my wife noticed one of the Plastic levelling Leg pads Was missing, A small piece and not a huge deal but we called Stephanie to let her know and asked for a replacement, in spite of COVID and being very busy she took the time to personally hand Deliver the piece herself to my home.

I bought a bench to provide more seating space. I had already bought four chairs ( which I adore) from Rustic Furniture Outlet and buying the beach was a no brainer. The customer service is remarkable and highly recommend them.

I purchased the Kissel Natural Rosewood Sheesham dining table site unseen, other than the pictures on the website. I wasn't sure if it was too busy pattern for a table but as it turned out, I had no reason to worry. It's a beautiful table with nice rounded edges. It's nice and thick at 1.5 inches. When I asked questions about the table, Rustic Furniture responded quickly. This is one of those times when the reviews about the table helped me make my final purchase. They called me the day before to make sure that I'd be a home when it was delivered. Highly recommended!

Good service, you have to pick up your furniture yourself or pay for the shipping depending on the price but the furniture is very good quality and original. Communication with the seller is easy and fast. The only suggestion to make the experience better would be to have ecofriendly packaging instead of lots of plastic wrap and styrofoam to protect the wood. Loved our expérience and love our New Coffee bar!
