The Elements Dry Cleaner + Alteration

Took my pants here for alterations and they came out perfect! Quick service as well.

Tried calling them several times and no one answered. The voice mail is not set up. Their email domain isn't available. Is this company still around?

Sent in some shirts and a suit for dry cleaning, marked the locations where stains needed to be cleaned before we paid. Got the dry cleaning back and none of the stains were removed. Eventually did it with a Tide To Go marker instead. Will never use their service again.

The best dry cleaner in town! Owner is extremely friendly, price is very reasonable and the most important point is you can bring your expensive brand name coats to Element for dry cleaning and they will do a perfect job on your coats. No fading colors, no shrinking!

I've been using them for the last 8 years for dry cleaning and alterations and they're professional, efficient and reasonably priced!I have sent a Crimson Red Canada Goose and Brown Canada Goose coats to 2 different cleaners prior to them. It's either not properly cleaned; smells; or returned with the colour (red) faded.Since I've found them, I've been sending all my expensive coats to them because they know how to properly handle them.I recently sent my Burgundy Canada Goose and Aritzia coats, the wool coat was done earlier however had to wait 10 business days for the Canada Goose because it had a lot of natural oil stains on the collar and pocket inside which they've removed.As well I've had them alter a midi dress that I bought for a trip and got it back same day - great turnaround time!
