I have an old 69 gmc and no shop in Saskatoon will take on the job cause they say they can't diagnose the issue since it's so old they can't connect scan tool, all it needs is a rear main seal on the engine and it doesn't need a scan tool to figure out. I called this place and he laughed how simple of a job it is and told me bring down and he'll get it fixed up no problem. After a year of calling around and being told no finally I found a knowledgeable friendly mechanic willing to take the job, can't wait till snows gone and I get the truck down there.

Sent them my pcm for my Jeep. They acknowledge receiving it. Said they will tune and return...weeks and weeks go by, part never came. I email them,Matt Derks says he's not quite sure, he must have sent it out he says...I never received tracking number, shipment notification,and Matt Derks was not able to show any information on it being shipped at all. I was willing to work with him and somehow make this right, but he chose to just ignore me,and not answer.Terrible customer service and experience all around. Only certain people operate this way,and they're best not to hire and entrust to do your work
