The financing team was fast and friendly helping me to get into my dream car. They worked with my budget and 'must haves'. They returned calls when they said they would. Denise even came and picked me up personally from my house because she knew I only had limited time to come pick up my jeep on my lunch break. Above and beyond service. Finance was great to work with.

Steer clear! These guys are a joke, and your credit score isn’t laughing.What an absolute horror story. I went in to buy a vehicle, and was successful. Langley Auto Loans only ran my credit FIVE times in a TWO WEEK SPAN before I got the car, no big deal. One week later the car stunk like burning coolant and I went in to have it checked. I wanted a different car as this was obviously needing repair. They tried to “upgrade” me buy bamboozling me with a vehicle that had an unreported front-end accident. I saw the headlight was full of moisture so I popped the hood. She asked why I was looking at the motor and I could see white paint over-spray over the entire front lip. Obviously in a front-end collision and repaired in a back yard. The car had no accidents on Carfax, go figure.Fast forward 18 months of me making every payment because they told me if I don’t miss any I could upgrade to new. I haven’t missed a single payment and have every option on a low km vehicle. They offered me 25% in trade of what a base model on the lot was selling for. Then they run my credit FOUR times in a ONE WEEK SPAN. Finally, I said forget this. I went across the street and feel great about my decision. I gave Langley Auto Loans three chances to do right by me and every single time they failed, miserably.

Darcy and her team are the best. We have just purchased our 2nd vehicle from Langley Chrysler, thanks to Darcy finding the right financing and vehicle. She made it stress free and as easy as possible. With my work hours it made it difficult for me to go her . She communicated with me thru phone , text and email. Even had vehicles ready for us to see and drive upon our arrival at Langley Chrysler. Just a brief conversation with her about what kind of vehicle we were looking to get into this time, and she nailed it. We drove the Jeep Compass and took it home with us..
