HSBC Bank

I visited this branch to open business account. I was told that someone will contact you within five days. Its been three weeks and nobody contacted me. Very much disappointed

This branch has just opened and I had a great experience there. I opened my account with Varunjot Kaur and the service she provided was excellent. She took the time to understand our families needs and went over the HSBC accounts and services offered in great detail. I would recommend seeing her as this is a new branch and they have a lot of great offers available.

The absolute worse bank. I signed up because they offered a competitive lower mortgage rate compared to RBC who I had been with for 10 yrs. I wish I never joined. I've been having issues since before my mortgage even started. They even caused the closing of my house to be delayed.They make everything impossible to do and do not allow self service for simple things like double up payments on your mortgage and ask for over a month's worth of notice just to have it implemented. And even after a whole month, I've realized they still haven't implemented it. If I could break my mortgage with them now without a ridiculous cost, I absolutely would. And would Never give them any more of my business.

Peter and Vanessa were nice to deal with. They answered all of my questions and helped me to open a new account.

I had a bad experience with the branch manager at 8335 Financial Dr branch in Brampton. Went to close our account and she took forever for a simple transaction. She tried to misled us by providing incorrect terms and conditions for our account that were unrelated to our original offer.

Hsbc is generally a good bank. But for some reason this bank has locked their atms up when the branch isnt open and unlike anynother bank I have ever been to in my entire life you cannot access their atms 24/7. Very disappointed to arrive here early in the morning expecting to be able to use the ATM inside. I have never encountered this ever before that a bank will not allow their own customers to use their atms. So just a warning to anyone thinking about using the atms at this bank outside of banking hours you can not rely on this branch to have them available to you.

The branch manager and staff are very polite and are always ready to assist. I’ve never had a bad experience with staff here. They always try to go above and beyond and I really appreciate it - as a client. Thank you for your continued support and guidance as my home branch.
