Horrible experience the lady gave my son a cut on his ear and his ear was bleeding. The ladies there are very pushy with the kids and don’t care if they are feeling uncomfortable or crying. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

She was amazing with both my kids, it was my babys first haircut, theres a little TV in front of the chairs for kids to get distracted.Haircut was quick and not stressful. baby also got a certificate ❤️

Terrible experience. Hairdressers are rude, kids were crying full voice and they said it’s normal? The haircuts were just average and not worth all the stress and tears we had.

Absolutely an amazing experience. The hairdressers know kids and how to cut their hair. My youngest is 2 and hates the barber. Absolutely the best haircut of his life. Very professional and experienced with kids of all ages. Highly recommend.

Just have to say how satisfied i am with the tram at mini snips. Tried 3 different places, before this one. Never knew how hard it was to find ppl who knew how to cut kids hair. So patient, kind and attentive. Fantastic service!

Staff was great! They made my daughter's first haircut painless, and were very good with her. The facility has a little play section, which was a great way to entertain any kids waiting. I recommend booking ahead of time, as it can get busy.

I showed the lady many pictures of what I wanted and the arguments piled on from there. I told her no clippers and she got the clippers out anyway at the very end so my little boy got very scared screamed and cried But it didn’t stop her. She was done with the haircut.. Too late I just put my cheek on his and told him it was over. Earlier when I pointed out it was MUCH shorter than what I had asked for she replied it would be perfect in 3 weeks… sure but pictures with Santa are today not in a month. Kept telling my 2 year old not to move because she had cut herself the day before… it was one thing after the next. The owner was standing right next to us and didn’t interject. Too bad because she seemed kind the time I had her before. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back or recommending it.

Called them because I thought they were still situated near Woohoo. Turns out they moved. Tried to ask if we could still come in since we were in front of woohoo and she hung up. I called back and asked why would they hung up on a customer's face? She said with a very rude voice no no you hung up. I really needed my daughter's hair cut so we went anyway. The place was hard to find with no indication what so ever on the front. We went in. Extremely rude and not professional at all. They clearly do not like kids.All of this for a 28$ haircut. Never going back there.
