Service is bad got help from one of them but the other Angie is rude and hangs up on you, don't return phone calls can never help when you talk to her.

I have had nothing but a good experience with easy home!They are very kind, caring and understanding with their customers. They do what they can to help if you're having a hard time.Their customers definitely come first.I Highly recommend leasing through easyhome over any other place! All the employees are great!

If it wasn't for Angie, the star rating would be a lot lower. She is the most competent staff that works at that location and will go above and beyond to answer questions and be accommodating. She is is caring, compassionate and understanding and knows the products very well. She deserves a solid 10 stars and a raise! Other staff could really learn a lot from her and emulate her customer service approach and work ethic to give the overall store a higher rating.Keep up the good work, Angie!

yes it was a wonderful experience at easy financial. The representative was great he was so nice and he's great at his job. I am coming back to get a TV set on Monday. thank you, that was very nice. 5 STARS!!!

Very dishonest and mixed up company. The manager says one thing and the staff in the back says another. It seems as if they don’t even communicate with each other because everyone asks as if they don’t know what you’re talking about. They also steal as well, I paid for a 50” TV but they delivered me a 43” instead. When I called to dispute they said that the 43” and 50” tv are the same price and no one ever apologized. They overcharge as well and if you are not paying attention, they will continue to do so.Very poor customer service and their interest on payments are outrageous! I would not recommend a dog to easy home. I am sorry I ever went and can not wait to be done paying them.

Have been trying to get a loan for 2 weeks. They said they would call back multiple times and I would call them back 1-2 hours later only to find out they left. Horrible customer service.

My experience with this company was horrible. Closing down is the best thing they can do for anyone. They lie about price, they dig into people banking information without consent, be careful not to log in your banking from their system. Then I requested that they pick their items from my home because I was no longer intrested in their service. They two workers that they sent to my house to collect the items, when they left my husband drill bits that I gave them to look for a screw went missing. When you see this company put on your running shoes.

Been a customer since 2011. I would go anywhere else if I were you . They go out of Their way to get their money in anyway possiblet Jen and Matt from the Sudbury location is absolutely amazing people But as workers for easy home um yeah. . Total 0 stars. I’ve seen so many shady things in my life but yeah. We had a car broken into and 2 items in a backpack was taken. So yeah on this case we’re still paying for these items even with a direct email from the OPP. They took money just before Christmas for these items and won’t give back. Now their sending to collections. Because they require a police report that requires a large amount of time and at the end of the day they still send to collections. Just today they text us saying we’re still gonna have to pay for these items. They lie. Cheat and steal from you. This review started out good but after all these years with them your just another cash cow that they give two s@it’s about. Jen. Shame on you.
