London is lucky to have this clinic, and Dr. McNaught is a doctor who genuinely cares to make things happen for couples trying to conceive — that being said, their office can get very busy… so at times, you have to be patient and understand this, they are all doing the best they can. The staff have all been wonderful to us every visit, kind, professional and courteous. We were at a previous fertility clinic in London, prior to here and feel more optimistic in Dr. McNaught’s care. His expertise, professionalism and character are truly unmatched. We are grateful to be patients here.

The secretaries in this clinic are not professional at all. They are extremely rude and they pick who to talk to Discriminating much also there's an Asian nurse extremely unprofessional. When you come to a clinic you're expecting nice attitude and professionalist especially when women are going through a lot. This is the place to make you feel comfortable not bring you more stress that you already have

The amount of gratitude my husband and I have for Dr. McNaught, Chris, and the rest of the staff is beyond measure. Dr. McNaught is extremely knowledgable, thorough, and I am certain that had he not been our doctor, we would have never had a child.I went through multiple fertility doctors before finding Dr. McNaught. He is the one that properly diagnosed me, and created my personalized treatment plan that ultimately resulted in our beautiful daughter. He listened, he cared, and he is an expert in his field.I am writing this one year to the day that we had our embryo transferred. It was a long journey, and the kindness we were shown will remain in our hearts forever.Thank you, Dr. McNaught. You are a wonderful doctor and human being. Your specialty is not an easy one. The impact you've had on our family is simply beautiful. We have our daughter because of you, and for that, a million thank-you's would never come close to how appreciative we are. Thank you with all of our hearts.

I have had incredibly supportive and insightful appointments with Dr. McNaught and his team. They're very thorough and take great care to treat the source of symptoms while truly taking the time to hear the patient. I genuinely recommend this clinic.

I showed up 5 mins before my appointment and still waited for another 25 mins for a 2 minute procedure. I feel my IUD insertion was rushed. They were very cold and unapologetic for being so late. I had my 1 year old son and husband waiting in the car for me as I explained but they did not care.I've seen this at my last doctor I left, they over book to make that $$ instead of caring about the patients wellbeing or time. That's why they are always late and then rushing appointments when you are finally seen.

It's nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone there. Weeks of phone calls, emails and text messages with no response. As you can imagine alot of things are time sensitive and the whole experience just increased my anxiety.They have booked me in when the doctor wasn't in for the day. Asked me to pick up medication from the pharmacy but never actually sent the prescription to the pharmacy.Definitely the least professional staff I have ever come across

Thanks to Dr.McNaught and his team I have a beautiful healthy son and I couldn’t be more grateful. Definitely recommend this clinic and Dr.McNaught

Dr Mc Naught's team is amazing! We are so grateful for them to work through and support us on our IVF journey.First timers --> bring a pen and paper to the first meeting there's lots of info!He is SUPER knowledgeable and he was able to help us with screening for Huntington's Disease gene.

I honestly believe Dr. McNaught is the reason we have our son. We had been trying for MANY MANY years and he genuinely listened and worked through the best course of action. He doesn’t believe in suggesting unlikely options (even though they could generate some good revenue) and he oversees it all (instead of multiple people changing it slightly). He is professional, caring, but also focused (so maybe that helps me get a bit out of my head as I’m sure I - and many others dealing with fertility issues - could go on forever with questions). I would highly recommend him if you’re wanting someone who cares about you, your health, and growing your family. (He must also be an extremely brave soul to tackle the land of fertility.) We are so thankful for this man.

I was really hoping that all the unfavourable reviews I read about this doctor were untrue, but unfortunately, they were true. He has very poor bedside manners and the way he spoke to me was very insensitive and discriminatory. He removed my IUD and did a short exam. I briefly gave him some details about my 27 hr delivery, but I did not mention I gave birth to a 9 pound 6 ounce baby, which naturally caused significant damage. He proceeded to tell me that it was common for women who give birth in underdeveloped countries to have lengthy deliveries, and that, in his mind, explained the poor care I received and the un-repaired damaged I am still experiencing. Dr McNaught, for your in information, I gave birth at Victoria Hospital, here in London Ontario. For a man with your credentials and a doctor who specializes in providing care to women, you are quite insensitive and unprofessional. It is extremely upsetting to know that you speak to your patients in this manner which I note are from very diverse ethnic backgrounds, based on what I saw while waiting to see him, and are in need of your help. Now I understand why it doesn’t take too long to get an appointment to see this doctor. I do not recommend seeing this doctor, specifically if you are a visible minority.
