My husband and I booked a 1.5 hour massage in hopes of receiving a nice relaxing massage with the proper attention to our tension points, but what we paid for were sore spots!I have had a problem with my neck from an accident I had for many years now. I made a point to mention this to the masseuse. Asking her to massage my shoulders but not my neck because the last time someone massaged my neck, I was in pain for a few days.She proceeded to give me a rough massage which was by no means relaxing or therapeutic! I felt like I was being massaged by a student on their first day. Near the end of the massage, she sat behind me and massaged my neck. She only massaged for a few minutes until I had to tell her to stop because my neck was starting to hurt.It has been a week since the massage and my neck has been stiff and I have been in a lot of pain since. I still can't believe that, even after I specifically said not to massage my neck she proceed to do so. Why even ask the questions at the beginning of the visit then?On a side note, the whole place smelled like fried onions and during the massage, the table shook for a few minutes for a reason I am still unsure of.I do NOT recommend this place at all and I don't understand why they have a 5-star rating!

I recommend this clinic. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and prices are reasonable. Easily accessible, parking on site and open on Saturdays.

I have been going to Silvia Ramalheira regularly for a while now. because of a bad back. She's professional, Courteous and gives a great massage and has helped me considerably since we started.I will still be going back for my regular massages even after my back is at 100%!

I had my first appointment with Vincent yesterday and it went very well. Vincent is knowledgeable, passionate and it shows in his work. My shoulder that has been frozen for months was relieved a great deal after just one appointment. He'll also recommend you exercises to do at home in between appointments and really goes all the well to ensure proper recovery. I cannot recommend him enough. Thanks Vincent!
