I started shopping here around 2021 and it was a perfect location for a while. however, as of the past year prices have been going up quite a lot, so I haven't been going to this location as much as I was. and I know it's for a good cause so I try not to take it to harshly, but when I look at a pair of pants being sold for $29 I find it hard to ignore how much the prices have changed. I think certain people who price items are pricing them based on brands, which is ridiculous, I saw a Wilfred free body suit with a stain on the shoulder being sold for $23. this used to be one of my favourite locations for thrifting, but now its almost the same if not more expensive than value village.

There is no proper area at the fitting rooms to park shopping carts. Line ups are in the clothing isle, blocking people to shop. It gets very crowded when busy. Fitting rooms have very poor lighting. They are also using a fitting room as storage.

One of the cleanest thrift stores around. Great deals. The people are amazing to work with. Very friendly and helpful. A great organization & a worthy cause. Be a good citizen and help those in need. :)

Clean and organized store with a good selection of products. The prices can be a bit high for clothing, but they do have tag sales which can go from 25%-75% off. Change rooms are available to try on clothes. Money raised goes to local charities. They are currently accepting donations at their side door every day.

Prices USED to be amazing, a truly clean and affordable thrift store. Now, it’s so overpriced I can’t understand who they are catering to.I donated all of my best items - several bags full - + some high end electronics bc I believed they were going to go back into the community at an affordable price. The look on my face when I went inside after dropping things off and tried to shop!!I know you help people in other ways, but people with lower incomes deserve to have nice clothes for work and daily life too. Some of the prices are completely and utterly absurd. I have no reason to go back there to shop, when it used to be what brought me to Bayers Lake.

I'm really not sure what happened to this place. It used to be the best thrift store in the city, and now it has prices so outrageous it makes Value Village blush. $70 for a second hand toaster? $50 for a VCR? $60 for a tape deck? $50 for a dial up modem? I'm not sure what decade they're living in.

It’s not worth shopping here anymore, if you’re looking for affordable clothing just go to H&M, because that’s what you’ll find here except used and at a higher markup price.

They have been amazing throughout the pandemic! Beautiful clean space, friendly staff, and during mandatory closures, they have free books and scrubs in their parking lot.
