Olmstead Audiology

I wanted to write about a recent experience I had with Eric Olmstead. I had experienced sudden hearing loss and was in a bit of a panic trying to find someone to conduct a hearing test. Even though I reached out after hours Eric called me back first thing the next morning and told me he was able to make space for me to have my hearing tested. I wasn't expecting a response so soon and had actually promised my son I'd take him camping for which we were on the road. I spoke to Eric for maybe 20 minutes over the phone and he was so kind, knowledgeable and reassuring which made me feel much more confident and at ease. I also felt understood and I really appreciated he sharing his wealth of knowledge and experience with me. It made a huge difference. He let me know I could reach out anytime and that he'd be happy to make space for me for the hearing test if needed. Great guy. Thumbs up and deeply appreciated. Thanks again Eric.
