I am designer and order products from Splashes on a monthly bases , the customer service I receive is awesome Jas and Pam go out of their ways always help filling my orders , I highly recommend you stop in and see for yourselves the friendly care service and professionalism. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent service,we bought a Blanco farm sink there. The sales person allowed us to open the cardboard container to examine the sink and helped us load it into the car in pouring rain! That's what I called service!!

We have visited saturday morning but they don't have staff who can take care of retail clients only one staff and she was working on the computer and was not interested in showing us products and actually accepted that we don't have much stuff here at this location and might have more display at langley store. They are more interested in doing business with tradesman because they also sell supplies other then fixtures. I will suggest them please take care of customers if you have opened it for retail because people like us comes with hope after seeing your website.

I had very pleasant experience with Splash! Jas and Pam both are very knowledgeable and helpful. I was struggling with toilet measurement and the style want chosen. I must take a moment to write about how much I appreciate working with Jas Nijjer of the Andrew Sheret Surrey Showroom. She took the time to greatly assist the selection of all bathroom and kitchen plumbing fixture needs for a rebuild. Her product knowledge and professional approach has really made me very pleased with the resulting product selection choices and budget concerns.

I was doing updates to my bathrooms. Being relatively new to the area, I didn’t know where to go for plumbing supplies other than the big box stores. My carpenter/painter suggested Splashes. I went to the Newton store and was greeted by Pamela. She was very pleasant and was able to show me a variety of fixtures and coordinating accessories for my project. She was prompt in proving an estimate, responding to my emails and making adjustments to my order. As I was doing 2 separate bathrooms, she was able to hold components until I was ready to install them. I am so pleased with the selection and product quality at Splashes but even more so with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff I encountered. I highly recommend them.

We hadn't been to Splashes before, but it was recommended by our trusted plumber. Our order was a bit complicated, due to delivery times and coordinating with other tradespeople, but Jas was patient and we got it worked out. The prices seem reasonable and the showroom was bright and welcoming. Looking good!
