Had some sewage backup in my basement a few days ago. Called a different plumber to come out and repair the issue. While excavating in the house they found out that the problem was somewhere down the line outside the house, but weren't sure where. Speculated that it might be roots but they weren't sure. Decided to all Mr. Rooter for a second opinion. Stephen came by within a couple of hours and within 15 minutes was able to not only identify the problem (roots) but clear some blockage to give us some temporary relief and time to decide on a solution. He also provided us a quote for repair which was about 40% cheaper than the one we received. The level of knowledge, honesty, and professionalism that we received were exemplary and we'll certainly be using Mr. Rooter to help us solve this issue and in the future.

100% excellent service at all levels. When I called I was told someone would come and assess the work, give me a price, and then I could choose whether or not I wanted the job done. That is exactly what happened. No extra fees. No rush---the plumber could take all the time he needed to do a thorough job at the set price. The plumber, Greg, demonstrated a high degree of respect and consideration as well as doing excellent plumbing work, fixing all three of our sinks, and leaving everything perfectly clean and tidy. He also showed me a $5 tool that I can use in future to unclog our drains.

The Plumber, Peter came to my house with extremely rude, unprofessional, arrogant and discriminating behaviors. He did not want to listen to my concerns at all. He bragged he is the only licensed and experienced Plumber among 50 unlicensed Plumber in the company. He pressured me that he will only install the products from he provides. If I buy any products from reputable markets, for example, Home Depot and Canadian Tire, RONA, he said he would not install! He said only his company provides good quality products, the rest Market products provide poor quality causing flooding. When I was not sold, Peter angrily cursed me “You are cheap, and you buy products from China!” He said his quote for a toilet replacement is above $1400.
