I am so greatful this team was able to sneak my truck in last minute at the end of the day to install the tonneau cover I bought after realizing I did not have the energy to do this myself today. The staff were all so friendly and professional. They did an amazing job and had me out of there in under 45 minutes. I said this was the last thing I was going to do to my truck but I'm probably a liar and will likely be back. Thanks everyone!

I would recommend this particular shop for canopy/outdoor gear and supplies above any other that I have visited.Incredibly helpful and for the short visit truly made us feel the family values so many businesses strive to accomplish.Without question a most excellent experience and will definitely go here first for any truck/outdoor/camping related needs first!Thank you guys!

Why can't we give more stars?!This Cap-It location has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. When I went into order a TruXedo Pro X15 and Go Rhino RB30 running boards; they were friendly and easy to deal with. They went above and beyond to find the specific running boards I wanted as well (when other stores couldn't or wouldn't). Their delivery was on-time and quick (2 business days). Prices were fair. Not the cheapest but I don’t mind paying a very small amount for this level of service. And when I say they weren’t the cheapest…they were maybe $50 higher in total for a $2100 order. That $50 was well worth it.I would highly recommend this location every day of the week. I mostly dealt with Steph and she was amazing. She made me feel at home and never pressured me to buy anything. During my trips to the store, all of the staff made me feel like family.

Family run business with a very welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Greg is an absolute beauty and helped me with a few things on my truck. The waiting area is comfortable and coffee hits the spot. I definitely recommend this place and will be going back.

I cannot over-state my appreciation for Steph and the team at Cap-it Edmonton South. I had a problem with my truck cap and called late on a Friday afternoon for guidance. They looked up the purchase history and told me the cap was still under warranty, that they had the parts on hand, and that on Monday at 10AM they could do the fix. The work took 15 minutes and I was on my way. Just outstanding customer service!

Stephanie, Greg and Keith were all amazing to deal with. Answered all our questions and took very good care of us. There were some hiccups from the supplier, long delivery time, but they kept us informed and when our canopy arrived they got us in right away to have it installed. All our gear is now out of the weather while travelling and the truck looks amazing.

Great experience dealing with these guys! Super friendly and helpful, definitely makes you feel you're a valued customer. Really tidy installation too. They hooked me up with my Alu-cab and I'll be back for more camping gear.Don't be mistaken, these aren't affiliated businesses.
