Andre, Pat, Dom and the rest of the team were professional and efficient with thermostat and furnace replacement, and install of a/c unit. They were creative so not to cut holes for new wiring (as was discussed by each company i researched) Everything was cleaned up and items put back at the end of day. From first phone call to end of install, the service was excellent. Now to see how the house feels with a/c. So far, so good.

I would not recommend this service, they failed to show up on THREE separate occasions without any prior notice. I had to follow up in each case to reschedule, this wasted a week of my time when I could have been looking for another service to fix my HVAC issue. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of their client's time.

Andre was so great to work with. We needed our new smart thermostat installed and he was real pro. Got it down in no time with no fuss. We’ll probably be using him for other work.Would recommend them highly.

My furnace stopped working early in the morning recently. After several phone calls to different HVAC service/repair companies who were unresponsive or only had appointments available the next day, Andre answered. He was busy but was sympathetic to my situation and said he'd come by my place to diagnose the problem that same day in the afternoon. He was polite, professional and gave me honest advice about the condition of my furnace. It was time to replace it and he returned the next day in the evening to install a new furnace. I'm happy with the furnace and service provided by City's Choice Comfort Air.

I had Andre and his team install an ac system last year at my mothers house. He told my mom whose an elderly woman that the system was new and charged her $3000. This summer, the system broke down and when she contacted Andre to come and repair it since it was under warranty and broke down literally the next summer, he told her he was busy and couldn’t come then never returned any of her calls or answered any of her calls.We had a new PROFESSIONAL company come in and confirmed the “new” product he installed was actually old and he didn’t fill it properly either. My mother spent $1000 with this new company and they actually did their job properly, was honest, gave proof of payment (Andre didn’t but assured me everything would be fine) and explained what they did and reassured me it was done properly. He’s a scam artist and don’t use him unless you want to be lied to and given old systems then ignored when they break down. They want good reviews and ask to post a review but then doesn’t fall through later on when the system breaks down due to them half a**in it.

Andre & Dom came to our house after midnight, in the cold snap when no one else would. They were extremely helpful, & replaced our furnace. The heat was restored, & my family was so happy! They own up to their 24/7 service. Thank you City’s Choice.

Andre did the smart thermostat installation for my house . He is very professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain the installation as well as the settings . I would highly recommend him.

The technican came within 30 minutes of calling for service. Daniel was very dedicated with resolving the issue. The customer service Andre provided over the phone was reassuring. My issue was fixed.
