One thing I have learned being in business for over 37 years is that your customers in the store have priority over phone customers and that you put phone customers on hold until you finish with the customer you are personally helping in the store.At Cloverdale Paint that does not happen and while talking with and taking an order of me the Cloverdale lady proceeded by answering the phone and taking a long order of a phone customer.I left my name and phone number for her to call me back and she did not even bother to call me back. Very, very unprofessional.Really bad business and personal manners!
