Always great and friendly service and they fill the bag all the way to the top unlike other locations. I live out of area but always stop by when in the area.

We were having a pleasant experience with one customer service agent. She was friendly, helpful and engaging. We couldn't decide which flavor to get so we got three small grab bags at her suggestion. I had a drink and had not yet been to the mall since the reopening. I was not aware that you are not able to take a quick sip of your drink. I very briefly pulled my mask partially down to take a sip. The other representative in the booth verbally assaulted me. She yelled unnecessarily loud for me to replace my mask and abrasively told me food and drink are not allowed in the mall. It was shocking and I felt immediately uncomfortable. Especially since there were other customers close and now staring making me feel embarrassment. Her agression made the experience awful. I was unaware and she could have simply asked me politely to replace my mask. It was unnecessary and abrasive. I feel like she may need to take some customer service engagement training.

my boyfriend and I went to this location today March 13th 2022. we stood in line for about 10 minutes before the lady working there told us to pull our masks up. (they were not even a half an inch off our nose). mind you there is plexiglass between us, and no one in line was 6 feet apart either. after we told her that our masks were fine she refused to serve us. i will never go back to this location and after reading the rest of these reviews i’m guessing it’s all the same lady. i have stopped supporting business like this. enough is enough.

They should make the ordering process faster, train better or invest in more staff. They are pleasant but SLOW. If this is normal at 148pm on a Saturday they are driving sales away. Maybe it's an isolated situation.....I never come, but if this is how long it takes to get an order I'll never come again. I just edited this review. They need more staff. It's not a competency or training issue.

Always stopped in for a grab bag for the kids while shopping. Was told today that they no longer have the grab bag. So now I have to pay for a small which is bigger than you would think. Their prices are ridiculous too. So really not worth it.

The lady who served me was really nice and the popcorn is delicious!

Not the best kernels location to go to. I have only been there twice, both times in the evening. First off, you know how they usually pack your bag so tight with popcorn, you can barely close it? The bag was loose, with lots of room in the bag...and it was full of those small kernally type popcorn pieces(like when you are near the bottom of the bag at the theatres)with barely any big fluffy pieces. Very disappointing, but could just be those two workers(mostly the guy) who are not doing their jobs very well.

I'm actually surprised by all negative comments. I find this location to be awesome. The staff is always friendly and yes, while they are not accepting cash that is a company decision not a location one. The popcorn is always fresh.
