just.....WOW!Nish, Taurean and the entire team was super responsive and did exactly what they said. With a quick turnaround time they were professional and easy to deal with. The communication was super transparent and the quality of work they did power washing our building at Hy's Steakhouse Vancouver was done with a 100% satisfaction and exceeded our expectations. We will be using them from now on. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for company to utilize their many services that they offer.Glad we have an Alliance with this team!Phil

My building was managed by Bobby and he is a friendly and responsive building manager. When I was moving out there seems to be some miscommunication and the elevator wasn't locked in time. Bobby immediately came and made sure the elevators are taken care of. He even gave me a partial reimbursement for the delay caused by the elevators, which was very nice and unexpected. Thanks Bobby and Alliance Maintenance!

MADDOX in downtown Vancouver has been using Alliance since its inception in 2014. Superb cleaning services!I now want to commend this latest weekend cleaning lady named HIDEAT, who joined in April 2022.She is just fantastic and outstanding - exceptionally hardworking, dedicated and totally committed to her work.Personally, I found her to be the BEST weekend cleaner here, thus far!She deserves five stars, indeed!
