2022 July 5★You've finished your searching, you realize that after searching for gear online, there's a place local with stock and an accurate online catalog is just in your backyard. Drive right up to one of several dedicated parking spots and you'll step into a small store. Not quite what I expected, but hey, they have it in the back otherwise.There's a bunch of display items and some motorcycles in the front. The staff, Jonathan was helpful. Not pressured to sell, just provided advice.Products are good and really what you expect as a reseller. No complaints at all. Prices were same if not better than what I found online.Would recommend. Support local!

I have been purchasing parts and tires for my various bikes from another large Ontario dealer for years (GP Bikes). However recently when I needed some new tires I gave Tripleclamp a try and they exceeded all expectations. The price was great and the tires arrived SUPER FAST. Best of all, a real live person called me afterwards to ensure all was well. Now that's GREAT service. Thanks guys.

Shopped online only. I have made a couple of purchases. The Triple Clamp team has been great. Fast shipping. Very helpful when I called in regarding an item. I have recieved great customer service. I will definatly shop here again.

Purchased quite a bit of gear from here. The entire experience was horrendous. After talking to them over the phone, I was ensured that an order was going to be made for me so I can pay and get the items delivered. After waiting a few days, I called back because I have not heard from them, just to find out they forgot about me and nothing was done. They ensured me that it would be completed by the end of the day. Low and behold, a few days later, still nothing. I called back again and same situation. Repeat this process 3 more times and I finally receive an email.I place my order online and they tell me that I will recieve a shipping update by the end of the day. Surprise, surprise. No update. I end up calling them a few more times to get everything sorted out.The entire process took about 3 weeks when they told me it would take 1-2 days to get all my items. I had to call 19 times to finally sort out the order and get it placed!Additionally, the mesh on the helmet is uneven. When I contacted them about it, they just told me it was normal.On top of that, the first time I used my helmet, the wind blew the helmet off a curb and fell half a foot and cracked. I understand that helmets are 1 time use but cracking from less than 1 foot is rediculous.When I contacted Tripleclamp Moto about the uneveness of the mesh and the frailness of the helmet, they told me that they are not going to do anything about it because it is my fault. You cannot tell me that it is normal for a helmet to crack after falling half a foot with nothing in it. That would mean setting it down too hard would crack it.If you want quality service and products, do not come here. The entire process was a nightmare.I was going to order tires, maintainence items and so much more, but after the horrendous experience, I would 100% recommend everyone to stay far far away from Tripleclamp Moto.

Chris was super helpful during my first visit. He was eager to help and shared a lot of helpful tips and advice with me as a new rider. He had a lot of wisdom to share and we spent a great deal just talking bikes. This was the only retail shop that I could find in Toronto where you could purchase the LS2 helmets; which is the reason I decided to check out the shop. The options are limited in store, so it’s best to order any items that you’d be interested in through the website ahead of time and pick up in store. Ordering through the website is very easy and they will send you an email once your order has arrived in the shop. The options for women are limited (in general throughout the industry) but Chris was happy to help me figure out sizing on gear that I wanted to try on. Also, if there’s an item not on their website that you’d be interested in purchasing, send the team an email and they’d be glad to accommodate you. They are in the process of adding new brands into their inventory! I appreciate all the help from Chris and the Triple Clamp Moto team, they were very accommodating and did not make me feel intimidated in any way as a new female rider, thank you!
