I had heard good things about Brown's Chimney Sweeping but after over a month and a half of trying to contact him, I have not been able to even speak to someone much less book a cleaning. I have called multiple times, left messages, sent emails and even texted the phone number. I can see that the messages have been received and read, but still have not been able to actually book an appointment. I understand being busy, but this is simply unprofessional.

Edited after owner response:I tried to get work done to add a chimney cap to my house. Despite back-and-forths and a site visit, I never heard back (even after leaving a voicemail). Professional when speaking with them, but disappointed that I fell between the cracks.
