The taste of the food here has continually gone down hill over the years to the point it is now disgusting! I will NEVER return to this franchise, or any other for that matter.In my almost 60 years, I've spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at McD's all across Ontario but this is 1 loyal customer you have lost.My latest order a few days ago was not only totally wrong {the staff didn't care to make it correctly because the store was very busy, even though a printed sheet with my exact order was handed to them} but, as a result, I ended up having to throw the better part of a $60 order in the garbage!!!I can't stand lettuce on Big Macs for example or, any of the usual condiments on any of the other burgers I order so therefore if my food isn't made to order, it ends up being inedible.I used to work at the Lansdowne location in my teens, back when that was the only franchise from PTBO. to at least Oshawa. Our store was run with impeccable precision, the best/friendly and lightning speed service ... all the while serving the food precisely as our guests ordered and expected.The quality of food and service at all McD's franchises has gone down hill so much it is utterly appalling!!! I honestly have no idea how this company stays in business.Disgusting, disgusting and idiot teenage punks as a rule for staff!

Went for just ice cream cones - We ordered through the app and went through the drive-through to pick up our order. When we got to the window we were told the ice cream was too soft and would be given to us upside down in cups. The ice cream was icy (not creamy) and more beige coloured (not white like usual). Taste was fine, though.We would not have bought here had we known that there was an issue with their ice cream machine. Disappointed for sure.

The staff are friendly and the food is ok. I can really taste the preservatives but at least the food never goes moldy. The kid and family friendliness is what makes this place good. The play zone is almost like a free baby sitter. I wish they were allowed to take tips and form a union but the indoctrination of vulgar company policies harms us all. They're always complaining about being short staffed but they would have more staff if they accepted tips.

I got charged for $78 worth of food but only bought 2 coffees a muffin and sundae. They refuse to refund me. ELDER ABUSE.

Typical McD's experience, food selection items were restricted (grayed out on the menu) but service was pretty good considering it was lunchtime and very busy. And I didn't know McD's HAD 'Atmosphere'!

The drive threw took my order down wrong . I asked for 1 medium coke & 1 medium dd coffee. When I got up to the window, the server tried to pass me 2 cokes, which is what I did not want.After the incident, I had to wait for my food. When I received my order, they forgot my French fries. I have never been so disappointed with my experience.

Staff is super nice and food is alright, sometimes they do forget to put ketchup, or napkins in the order ,and you have to remind them to make sure they have put it, Nevertheless loved the filet o fish after a long time and thankfully I had siracha sauce at home to cover up for the ketchup miss..

Fast service, but they literally charge you for stuff then forget it in your order, I’ve been here 3 times in the past month and been missing something from my order every time, cmon guys food is good here tho
