Our septic system backed up into our basement and we struggled to find anyone to come help us same day. The woman that answered the phone was so helpful and kind and managed to get someone to our home within the hour. The Tech's were friendly and fast. Highly recommend!

We used AMPH twice, once for a problem leak and once for a planned upgrade. Both times the Office staff were great to get the appointment booked and the guys on site were prompt, professional and completed the work to our total satisfaction. Definitely recommend Alex McCoy if you need any plumbing work done.

I had a cold climate heat pump installed. The job went smoothly and the staff, Don, Andrew, Trent, Ryan and Kinsey were professional and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the whole interaction.

Amazing guys, Tyler and Don were the best, I got a brand new furnace, chimney vent replaced and gas pipe winterized. They were amazing made sure everything is perfect and installation of the furnace was amazing. Don guided me for my furnace choice very diligently. Not only the service guys are awesome, their office staff are also very nice and friendly I would highly recommend them.

Have used them for HVAC and plumbing repairs at our commercial property. Always quick and got the job done.

Two employees from the company arrived around 2:30 on a Friday to repair ceiling damage and fix a plumbing leak. They tore our ceiling open, covering our counters and floor with asbestos, as well as leaving an incredible amount of dirt and mud all over our floors. Before cleaning up even a single bit of the mess, they left for the weekend. Now we have a kitchen covered in asbestos, dirt covered hallways, a destroyed ceiling, and nothing to show for it. We can’t cook or do anything in our kitchen, and I would be surprised if they were here on Monday to fix their mess.

An excellent experience. From the very beginning Don worked with me to find the best heating/cooling solutions for our old and challenging house.We ran into issues with the needed hydro service upgrade (HydroOne), which caused delays in parts of the install. Through these delays at our end, Don and the staff were patient, helpful, and pleasant, which we very much appreciated.Andrew and the crew did an outstanding job designing and installing the new ductwork, and installing the heat pump, and the furnace. Andrew's work was above and beyond expectations.As a result, the air circulation, air quality, and comfort in our home have noticably improved.Thank you Don, Andrew, the crew, and the staff at Alex McCoy!

Good service, very knowledgeable with installation of tankless water system, but they put ventilation in the spot I ask them not too, due too I’ll be digging in that area and putting a add on to the house. So instead straight out back they did the long run and it’s 38$ a foot they charge for the gas white pipe. Buy your own it’s 54$ for 10 foot. Now I’m stuck with extra material not needed, just wasting my time and cash. Just frustrating. I understand stand the code. They could’ve went straight back would of saved 14 feet of materiel.
