Do this place with a large group! It does hace individual meals but the authenticity and true experience is only to be had by ordering a large shared meal.

Food was absolutely amazing. Had Flaming Inasal, best chicken I’ve ever had. Tender crisp, flavour throughout and juicy.That said, the server was awkward, unable to really advise us on the menu. Had issues getting their debit machine to function, ended up paying cash. Have to cut them some slack because it’s a new operation. Hence the 4 stars, food is why you come to a restaurant, but service can throw a person off as well.I advise them to invest time into training the front line staff, that’s who people are dealing with, the face of the business. Otherwise food was amazing!

Sub par by far.I don't mind that it's an older building and understand it's a family owned business but this place lacks professionalism & passion it's old and bland I found.The menu has no pictures and lacks plain English description, a properly done menu would be the first thing on the list to improve.Secondly would be customer service, we were checked on once by our server, now maybe that was because family came in and they got caught up but still really no excuse as the place was dead.Taste was lacking to I found, shrimp were over cooked and them being whole head and all made for a struggle.More rice then fillings left for a bland experience.Won't be back until its renovated or under new management honestly, time to try another Filipino restaurant

First time trying the adobo. The flavor was a bit interesting but I have nothing else to compare it to. I don't know if it was authentic but it was okay. Rice had a bit of a burnt taste. I've tried all the Filipino restaurants in town and most of them seem to just microwave previously cooked meals. This is the only one that seems to prepare the meals from scratch, so I'm giving it an extra star. Went there on the Father's Day and it was packed with Filipino people. Either it's really good or maybe it's the 10% discount and free appetizer that day. I should try the mixed grill thing everyone seemed to be getting next time.

Great Presentation and service friendly staff having boodle fight feast very Pinoy ...would love the food made to order chicken inasal bit dry and cold But would be back to experience it again

We visited Adobo Experience in Red Deer and tried there famous boodle fight, we conquered victory and definitely would recommend highly with a 10 stars or more on the rating.The flaming pork ribs was not just simply presented but serve with pride and tastefully delightful. I will try the Flaming Bulalo as the server Charlotte recommend it on our next visit.The staffs are warm, friendly and very professional even the restaurant were busy, they manage to handle everything calmly and I feel not rushed and it is like I am in a real restaurant and not in a typical Filipino Carenderia where you eat and go and no experience.(I rather eat home then, what is the difference) There is a customer service in this restaurant.I told all of my friends to visit this restaurant when they come across and visit Red Deer on there travel and this restaurant is highly recommended. I am a foodie and this is definitely one of the best thing I ever ate on my list. Good job you guys, well done!

Loved it, I had the pork hock, crispy, fatty, meaty delicious. It was huge and I ate it all and spent quite a bit of time chewing the crispy bits off the bones.

We try eat there in 4 separate occasions, there was no consistency on the quality of food. Maybe because the menu is so packed and quality get compromised. They focus more on their Boodle combo menu.
