I had the pleasure of working with Sandra from Fairytales and Posies to host our company Christmas party. It was an amazing experience. I was able to tell Sandra my wish list and my budget and walk away. She handled the entire process from finding entertainers to preparing the menu and finding the venue.The day of, the place was stunning! She provided me with her own decor and it all looked great. Photos attached.I was able to enjoy the party and food and everyone was raving about the Christmas Party! I look forward to the next event and working with Sandra again.Thank you for taking a generic party and making this such a unique experience!

Sandra was our month of and day of wedding planner for our wedding in August 2019. Sandra was beyond amazing and helped the whole process be so smooth. From sending us checklists of tasks that needed to be completed, to creating great relationships with our vendors and to all her attention to every detail. Sandra did such a great job planning that on the day of our wedding day, my husband and I felt stress free and were able to enjoy all the beautiful moments. I would highly recomend Fairytales & Posies for events as her efforts helped make our wedding so great!

My Husband and I went so long without a wedding planner thinking we could get by and take care of all the details. We signed the contract with Sandra the first week of July for our Aug 1st wedding. Thank God we decided to go with Sandra as it became aparant quickly that there are so many details that we were missing..in addition to the details we already knew were not figured out. Even though we brought her aboard quite late in our wedding journey, she lead us along with urgency and care to help us find an alternate venue (COVID complications forced us to have to cancel all our plans last minute). Not only did she help us with the venue but all the timing and details that as a to be married couple would not be aware of. Not to mention, she has dealt with other vendors' drama wth extraordinary professionalism and grace.More than anything though, on the day of our wedding her and her assitant Marian ensured our every need and expectaion was met, seen and unseen. Few things in this world of wholey worth their price, Fairytales & Posies is without a doubt one of those. Sandra will take ownership to your day and blow your mind for how much more she will do and will not pass you a bill for it. Yes, she truly cares!Do not pass this opporunity to experience one of the best wedding investments you could have, go with Sandra and her team. Sandra and the Fairytales and Posies team was the best decision we made for my sister’s wedding. As the MOH, I interacted a lot with Sandra, and she was always calm, collected, focused, and produce the results we needed! Wedding planning and the big day can be hectic, but Sandra’s calming presence was exactly what we needed. She also had a lot of connections to florists and other vendors. Would highly recommend!

Attention to detail and a positive attitude cannot be understated as an essential quality for a wedding planner. Sandra was hired for partial wedding planning at Fairmont Royal York Hotel (August 2022 wedding) However, we had to let her go and hire another wedding planner which cost us additional time and money. For example, she paid very little attention to details that were clearly stated, when mistakes were pointed out she would make excuses etc. We were fortunate enough to find an incredible planner who was able to take over and did an amazing job. I’m sure Sandra is more suitable for casual weddings.

Sandra was a delight to work with and was patient to answer all my questions, work around my budget and assist with creating the vision for the floral decor and colors on my wedding day. Set-up at the church and venue was seamless. We really enjoyed how the venue came together. It was a dream! I would recommend your floral services to any couple getting married. Where oh where to start - Whenever someone asks about the best decision I made for the wedding (or to be fair, even if they didn’t ask) I tell them that decision was hiring Sandra as a month/day-of coordinator. From the moment we first spoke, I absolutely knew I had to work with her - Not only is she beyond organized and full of the kind of advice that comes from experience, she is the most wonderful person who will care every bit about making your day perfect as you do. I would literally count down the days until she started! Even though I consider myself to be a highly organized person, there were still so many little details that I would have never thought of - Especially when it came to the timeline. I truly enjoyed collaborating on everything in those final weeks before the big day - I had a really stressful start to the year and have a really fast-paced job. I would work crazy days and then have a moment to finally look at my phone and see that Sandra had handled so much on my behalf during that time. No matter how organized you feel you are, there is so much that happens in that final month before the wedding that I didn’t realize and I would have been so lost without the help and guidance from Sandra during that crucial planning time. On the Big Day - I knew I didn’t have to worry about a thing, and as someone who struggles with anxiety and a chronic illness, that brought me so much peace and allowed me to just enjoy. When we took a wrong turn and were late getting to the venue - Not only was the timeline shift handled but also was my anxiety with reassuring texts as I was on my way. I knew the rest of the day would feel smooth even if there were bumps along the way and it, indeed, was beyond perfect and I never worried once! I’m so glad I put my trust in Sandra and I cannot recommend her and the Fairytales and Posies team enough!

We decided to have a wedding with less than 3 months of planning time this summer. Luckily for us we stumbled across Sandra and Fairytales & Posies. I can confidently say there is no chance we could have pulled it off without her help. Sandra managed to find us the best caterers, designers, florists, etc even though all of them seemed to be completely booked up for the next two summers. And if we really wanted something but it wasn't in our budget, she fought tooth and nail to get us there and without having to compromise on anything.Then on the day off Sandra did 10x more than we could have ever asked of her, making sure that everything we had scheduled went off without a hitch, even to the point of personally refilling some of our guests drinks and clearing plates when the caterers were busy. I didn't find out until later in the evening that she never even took a second to sit down and have a bite to eat herself, after being there from 8 in the morning taking care of everything. It took so much stress of of our shoulders knowing we had her in our corner. Sandra you do not charge enough for everything you do, and anyone reading this, look no further for an event planner. You won't find better.
