Very friendly and helpful staff, always willing to help my fiancée pick out and put on another dress.I can't say anything about quality because we didn't end up buying from there, although I did think the accessories were exorbitantly marked up.

I had a wonderful experience at promises! Although I didn't find my dress here, the customer service was excellent! There is a great selection of dresses to look at and try on. I ended up trying on 16 dresses in 3 hours and the lady who was helping me get in and out of these dresses never tired of me! She was all smiles and was very patient while I fretted over each piece and had my fitting room set up quickly. Every one was very friendly! I got a very nice package at the end of my appointment of local businesses that would help with the wedding. I highly recommend Promises Bridal!

I told them what colour I wantedy wedding dress and it was the first dress I tried on that I bought. Loved the service and having alterations done there was easy. It was nice to be able to bring my mom to get a tutorial on how to do up my dress for the wedding. Many other accessories are also available. Payment plans were an option as well. Excellent service!

Bad experience two times with bridesmaids dresses from promises bridal. Get your sizes done by a professional. Dresses were made to fit a woman who is XL. Not worth the money!
