This is the second time I have called Bob since I moved to Grimsby in 2021. We needed a dishwasher installed and the old one taken out. The trick was that the floor tiles were installed after the dishwasher and was a very tight fit. He fit it perfectly! Amazing work ethic, honest pricing, and great service. I recommend Windmill and will call Bob with any appliance help in the future. Bob is simply great! Honest pricing and great work. Thanks again :)

Bob was a complete professional. Within an hour he was on his way to our house and fixed the oven in about 20 minutes. Would highly recommend Windmill services!

Last year, in 2021, we had a problem with our 30 year old top loading washing machine - the drum was very loose and wobbly. We called Bob from Windmill Appliance Service and he came the next day and promptly repaired it like new.This year (Oct. 2022) the agitator stopped working properly. As his previous drum repair is still working well, we didn't hesitate to call Bob again. It was a Friday before the Thanksgiving weekend and he had several calls before us but managed to come the same day.Bob really knows his appliances, had the parts we needed both times, doesn't mind showing and explaining the problem and even let me clean the agitator before re-installing it. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable service at a fair price.

Bob is just as sweet as can be. He is extremely knowledgeable and had everything we needed. It took less than an hour to fix our Samsung dryer and he came just a couple hours after I called him. His pricing is very good and he even sings while he works. Thanks for everything, Bob Needham!

Bob installed a new dishwasher for me and his attention to detail, experience and passion for what he does is evident ... which is something you just won't find with another company. Bob was great! We called on Monday about our stove malfunctioning and he came by the next day and replaced the igniter. He was in and out in 30min. He was professional, friendly, pleasant and we’d use him again if needed.

Having a repair always seems toFall in the worst times but Robert some how turns things around. The quality, professionalism, how thorough he was during this call puts your mind at ease. I called Bob because I thought my washing machine wasn't agitating. He came and said he thought it was working fine as is and to let him know if the clothes weren't clean. I paid him $110 and he said if he needed to come back he wouldnt charge me. It still wasn't working and when I called him to come back he gave me the run around -- didn't return my calls, told me it was this part and then told me it was that part, told me he didn't do warranty work (it was not under warranty).After 12 days he came back, was there for 10 minutes and told me he couldn't replace the part because he couldn't get the machine apart and didn't want to break it. He said he would come back if I could get it apart. I succeeded in getting the part off through the help of YouTube -- took me about 5min. He came back the next day and replaced the part and it still didn't work. He told me he didn't know what was wrong with it, it could be anything and I needed to call someone else.I got someone else in to fix it and it took him about 10 minutes to tell me that there was a switch on the bottom of the machine that slipped out of place and just needed to be toggled back in to place.

Me and another lady called this man about my washer and her fridge. We were both told not to bother, it would cost too much, and we should just buy new. This guy clearly doesn’t want to work. He just refers everyone to new appliances. Didn’t even call me by the right name.
