This has been the best carpet service we've had. They do such a great job and even moved some furniture that we were unable to move. I've been utilizing Carpet Cleaning North Bay for years to clean my rugs and furniture. I've always been pleased with both the customer service and the job. Jim is very polite and does an excellent job cleaning my rugs. Jim is always able to squeeze us into his schedule, usually within a week. Jim, who picks up and distributes the carpets, is usually pleasant to work with. My rugs have always come back in excellent condition. I wholeheartedly suggest this firm.

Very very happy with Carpet Cleaning North Bay! Our light beige carpets were in rough shape. The worker actually showed me the difference as he was cleaning one of our traffic areas. The difference was incredible! They were very communicative and accommodating. Pricing is extremely competitive - was considerably less than I expected! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
