I went to the topsail road location and unfortunately I do not remember the ladies name that did My hair but she also cut Mt toddler's hair 2 weeks prior and she is amazing and sweet and has patience for my busy toddler. As for me she helped me feel like myself again, between some depression on post Partem hair loss my hair was so full of tangles. Mainly 2 really bad ones that i couldn't get out myself she was amazing didn't make me feel worse actually made me feel better talking to Me. 100% I will go back. When you go in her chair is the second on the left and I highly recommend her and the patience she had cutting my 1 year Olds hair as well as the patience and compassion she had doing my hair. She detangled my hair in about 15 minutes and I have tried for countless hours with wet and dry hair to no avail. Thank you so much wish I remembered your name but I will be back 100%

Thanks Jessica! At my first appointment with you, I received just the cut I wished for. You needed almost no explanation, intuitively understanding my taste. The couple of appointments since then have each been as much a cut above. You have always been friendly and engaging in a wholly professional manner. This place is amateur at best, aside from one or two stellar stylists that really know what they’re doing. Been going here since I was a kid (due to cheap pricing and location) and I’ve only had a handful of good experiences (I prefer my hair long, so I don’t get it cut often, maybe once or twice a year) I decided to get my hair dyed for the first time last November, and it looked great. The stylist nailed it, I was more than pleased. However, when I went back in February to get a new colour, the stylist I usually had wasn’t there. I wanted the roots of my hair dyed black, and the ends silver. When they were done with me, my entire head was black, no sign of silver anywhere. They kept telling me that it looked just like I wanted it to, which wasn’t true at all. They left black dye all over my neck and forehead, which didn’t wash off for days after. I avoided going back until today, I gave them one last try, where I was met with a very rude employee. The salon was completely empty, aside from one old lady out back getting her hair dyed. I asked for a dye and cut, to which she responded with “yeah, you have to book a colour appointment.” I’ve been getting my hair coloured there for almost a year, and not once have I been told that I needed to book. It’s always been a walk-in service. I explained to her, and before I could finish, she cut me off and said “no, you can’t just walk in, go book an appointment and come back.” I just left, won’t be booking an appointment, or coming back again...

Booked an appointment today for myself and my son they gave us a time. They ten called us 15 minutes before saying they can no longer fit us in and to come back later. Very rude and unprofessional. For the amount they charge and the quality of their staff there are much better options. For me they are last choice haircutters.

This was my first time getting my hair cut by Rhonda, and she did a fantastic job. She cut my hair exactly the way I wanted. The prices here are very reasonable and I wasn't waiting past my appointment time. I'll definitely be back here to visit Rhonda again.

I don't like writing negative reviews, but I believe it's necessary to prevent it from happening to anyone else. I would never get my hair or eyebrows done anywhere else since I really liked the work the staff would do for me here and how friendly they all were. This was always my first pick for getting my hair done and eyebrows waxed. I’ve been getting my hair done here sense I was a little girl and been spreading nothing but positive reviews about this place but the work that was done for me yesterday isn’t acceptable. I hardly ever get my hair done at a salon because it may be pricey depending on what you want done, but I worked hard to save some money and treat myself expecting that the $185 job done on my hair for dye, cut, and eyebrow waxing will be good results. I was there about three hours because the lady who did my eyebrows and hair had to redo them both and it still wasn’t what I wanted. I tipped $15 as I was in a rush to leave once it was all done because I suffer through bad anxiety and I was so overwhelmed and in disbelief of the job done but the job done didn’t deserve a tip. I wanted all black with two front red pieces, she made the two front pieces a bright orange I asked her nicely if she could fix it which she did but it was a red and orange then which wasn’t what I wanted. My eyebrow shape for one eyebrow was square and the other eyebrow was circle I asked her to please fix them for me and try making the square one into a circle one so they can at least match because I never get a circle shape I always get a square shape done and when she fixed them it wasn’t much of a difference in shape and there was to much taken off then leaving my eyebrows having to much space apart. The whole back of my neck is covered in black dye, there’s also black dye underneath the red on my forehead and both my ears id expect this from a at home job but for a salon this is very unprofessional and not acceptable to have paying customers leaving covered in dye. I’m hoping it comes out soon if not how would I go about this for getting at least some of my money back because it wasn’t cheap. I took pictures of this all to have just incase and I wasn’t happy with the work done here yesterday.

As far as I concern is the best best place in town to get a haircut or a trim
