I've been going to NQ since I started playing airsoft almost 5 years ago. The staff has always been super helpful and knowledgeable. I've been in and out of the store many times and have always had great experience, and the same with going to the field.

This is the local airsoft shop or retailer to visit within the Niagara Region or greater even! As the store representatives are simply the coolest, have tons of products from various brands to choose from, can get your own equipment fixed or looked at without issues, and it's an overall chill atmosphere and I consider this store as my go to for anything I need in-person rather than online which can take time.Thank you Joel & Simon for your amazing work and keep it up!!-Sid

If you are in need of anything airsoft, this is the holy grail. The staff are not pushy at all, more like talking to an old friend. They are knowledgeable and beyond about everything airsoft. This is the store that sets the bar for service, community, and expertise.From experienced to novice players, you will be blown away with everything in stock. You are missing out if you don't stop by to browse or just hang out with others and share your airsoft stories.

Niagara Quartermaster is one of my two go to shops in the Niagara regions for my airsoft needs. Simon and Joel and Riley are all wonderful people that have taken a gracious amount of time to help me with all my questions and their enthusiasm and passion for the sport has been infectious, Always personable and friendly and excited to chat. NQ’s supply of gear and equipment is fantastic, if they don’t have a part in stock they’re always willing to source it for me and helped me bring my CM16 back from the dead and turned it into a beast of a sleeper build with Colin’s (their tech) help to finish the custom build. I’ve become a regular and frequently visit them even to say hi, great store, great guys, always a great time, keep it up fellas!! Along with DMZ you guys are a staple of the community!

I went in today for something small, but ended up having a great experience after meeting Joel. He made great conversation and answered any questions I had about airsoft. I really suggest this place for anyone willing to get into the sport as everyone would be more than happy to help you get started.

The employees there are super friendly and very helpful. Their customer service is top quality. I came in for the first time as a beginner to this hobby and they were thorough in their recommendations and advice when starting for the first time. I will be happy to go back again even though I live in Hamilton.

Great honest guys. I bought a raven elite from them and a bunch of gear and have been nothing but satisfied with my purchases. I actually buy 70% of my gear here now as its higher quality stuff and they are very up to date on all products. Ive had a few buddies that have bought guns and various other products such as gear etc and have been nothing but satisfied . From simon to joe to the other gentleman that works on the guns in the back they are all good legit guys that know exactly what they are talking about and best of yet they are airsofters aswell. I have yet to find a better tactical airsoft store in Ontario.Go see for yourself.Thank me later,Cheers

I love this store. Sad what the president of ukraine justine Trudeau is doing to Canadian sports like airsoft. May he spend more time in Ukraine and less in Canada. 5 stars. These ppl always treat me respectfully.
