Tool Rental at The Home Depot
Rented equipment online for a job site.Home depot approved and confirmed the rental. Went to pick it up at our scheduled time only to be told they were broken and waiting for parts to repair. Now our business looks unorganized to our customers and we had to race around the city wasting valuable work hours to try to find another rental available.Someone should have notified us in advance so that we could have managed the situation. Not impressed at all. No excuses. They need to check their rental log to ensure they actually can rent what they are advertising.
