Legal issues and safety violations.This is a legal liability for right to quiet. Also a legal safety issue. I'm surprised the fire dept doesn't complain, they could be being pulled from an ACTUAL fires, accidents, heart attacks, etc. They are supposed to be the first to respond. And they don't even show up for the second or third alarms.False Fire alarms continue to go off every week 20mins or more 2-3 times in a row for years now. Unacceptable. Feel bad for all the people who live there. Hear it down the road it so loud and annoying. Fix the $%&*ing alarms.**I feel sorry for the elderly and pet owners who this must create so much anxiety, you can sue for right to quiet, for any additional costs of pet medications etc., personal medications, ear plugs, noise cancelling etc.. , the gas and wear in tear on your vehicle if have to continuously leave because of the many years of neglect FSR and strata and managers.And the people who are trying to work from home at this time and might be involved in online meetings.**

Fire alarms have been going off since October 2018. The Firemen barely show up there to turn it off now it takes hours sometimes. Alarm goes off 3-6 times a week and involves evacuating. Its listed on the city bylaw for regularly having issues. Nice area

Was planning on purchasing a unit here. Judging by all the recent reviews about a fire alarm and the management company. That would have been a fail. Thanks to the reviews

So much of rodent MICE problems. Has been going on for so long but the management does not take proper action to rectify. Fire alarm rings few times a week false alarms and very annoying.

Not the cleanest or safest spot, lock your car doors and expect feces/marijuana odors in elevators. Mailboxes are always broken into also. Fyi: TnT market being built in front.

Convenient location. Close to all facilities.

Clean, good security throughout, great location near all amenities and transit.

Great place to live, but Strata imposes too many rules. Why so many locks on every door??!
