I have not felt confident about this mouth… ever, this clinic has really made me into such a happier person. After suggesting a night guard, it only took a couple days for tension headaches that had been there for years to go away. Truly I am beyond grateful for how lovely everyone in this clinic has been, not once making me feel shameful for lack of previous care and honestly… making me feel so much better. From the front staff to assistants, hygienist to dentists, everyone is friendly, helpful and informative to deal with!

Booked an appt for an emerg visit on a day when other offices were closed. The staff was friendly and efficient and the attending dentist was thorough and explained what was happening with the tooth and options for dealing with it. Overall an excellent experience.

Very friendly but most importantly experienced dentist. Always the latest technologies used from what I can tell. Meghan is the best too.

Super friendly reception, assistants, doctor. Literally everyone I talked to was great! I spent very little time waiting to get into the room, and I had a lot of questions about my options, plans going forward, and costs and they had no issue taking the time to explain things to me, get quotes, etc! All around a very positive experience!

Was in the hospital for 4 months and couldn’t brush my teeth very much. I asked for a cleaning & they wouldn’t use anything to whiten my teeth. Bad dentist and insanely sadistic to feel the need to punish someone after having an injury that caused brain damage. After posting this originally I was called and screamed at by the offices receptionist, they told me “I’m not welcome as a client” no I never want to be in your dental office with power hungry maniacs who feel the need to scream and yell at people with brain damage over the phone. I can only imagine how miserable her love life is, if it’s even existent. I hope you guys atleast find a new receptionist who doesn’t scream and cuss at clients for posting a review . She should also seek mental help as I am doing after being screamed at by her.

Lovely staff, assistants, and Dr. Fayad was very personable and great at explaining everything! They helped us feel at ease during our son's frenectomy.

Professional, friendly service in a clean environment everytime! I have been going to Academy Dental Group for 38 years and I have the confidence and trust in them that my wife and kids have been going for over 16 years as well. Dr Fayad has some of the best bedside manners of any Dr I know. He’s personable and always friendly & funny. I moved 30 mins away from town but for 4 yrs I’ve still continued to maintain him as my Dentist. He’s been my Dentist of choice for almost 2 decades. Michele Flowers who cleaned my teeth was amazingly skilled and I didn’t feel a thing & super friendly. 5 stars to both of these professionals!

The cleaning was great and no complaint about Dora.I had a cleaning scheduled for the eighth of may but received a call saying I wasn’t insured till the twelve of may so I rescheduled like anybody else would for a later date. When I went in for my cleaning on the rescheduled date (may 17th) I came out with 324 dollars less in my bank account after they failed to notify me about my appointment not being covered until I went to the desk until after my cleaning, being told I wouldn’t be covered till July. Very unprofessional and I was put into a difficult spot because of their lack of communication. So overall they clean teeth well but are terrible at communicating
