Their Costumer City Crown Countertop installed countertop and waterfall at my house after a year it cracked, and they refused to replace and/or fix it when I called Lucent Quartz, they said there is nothing that they can do for us because I did not buy the material directly from them

The customer service is good.Lucent Quartz has the best quality Engineered Quartz in all of Ontario.They have the best samples to choose from.High quality Quartz.I always use Lucent Quartz for my kitchen.

They had a very nice selection of quartz products in the showroom. They also had much larger pieces you can view in the warehouse. The staff were very helpful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Lucent quartz has blatantly ignored my concerns about the quality of the counters installed in my home from day one. No attempt at communication has been made by the company so it is fair to say that customer satisfaction and quality assurance are not priorities. *See photo below* The longer piece is what was installed in my home and the piece being held is the sample I was provided at the time of purchase. I am so beyond frustrated and saddened that the finishing touch on my long awaited home renovation is such a disappointment. Safe to say I highly recommend to stay as far away from this company as possible.

Knowledgeable staff and large slab on display. Warehouse is open to public, brighter lighting would be great.If you want to take bigger samples they require a $20 deposit each piece.

Not great - I love the colour but it has been installed for about 4 months and we have 4 chips. And we treat it super, super carefully. It seems more like sandstone than quartz. It is not how I wanted to enjoy our new kitchen. I would not recommend.
