Both guys did an awesome job. They were both professional and had a great attitude towards their job. They were careful not to scrap any walls.Installation was perfect!I would hire them!

We had a refrigerator delivered and old one removed. Our house is old with narrow doorways so the guys had challenges to be sure. BUT they rose to the occasion and then some! They did a great job with no damage to the fridge or the house. Furthermore they were in time practically to the minute. I can’t say enough good things about the entire process. Thank you !

I just had a stackable washer and dryer installed by Mati (I didn't hear his name clearly and joked about wearing name tags!) and help with unloading by Fred. Mati was very knowledgeable about the product and provided beyond-expected service - quick and efficient.I read the reviews and it is almost as if people had two contrastingly different team experiences. This team was right within their frame.of time and communicated when 15 minutes away.Another moving company had tried 3 times to make the same delivery and each time grossly underestimated arrival time. I live in a condo and cannot book the elevator past 5. Despite the request to arrive before 5, I waa always last on the list of deliveries...#14 & #16. I didn't even confirm the last attempt as they could not.possibly have made it before 5. Tracker showed me that, on previous attempts, they bumped the timeline up by an hour every hour. Ultimately Ben at CAS Customer Care expedited this last attempt. CAS also provided excellent service and were responsive to the problem. Thank you Downtown Truck Delivery for solving our issue.

Excellent service, on time with constant updates. The two delivery guys were very professional and quick.

Delivery was on time and with no damages. But it certainly cannot be called white glove installation when the delivery ended without balancing or levelling appliances, removing tape and coverings, or staying around long enough to make sure that the refrigerator worked. And it does not help when sales and customer service people are completely unresponsive during the delivery process.

Very poor job. Stay away from this delivery service.The delivery of my new range and haul away of my old range were done fine on the surface. The main problem was that I had no proper notifications and the problems that ensued from that..By the end of my working day at 5 pm I still had no mail about the delivery window for tomorrow delivery.Apparently the email was sent at 7.30pm when I'm not checking my emails at all. I luckily checked email at 8am in the morning to find out that the delivery window is 7am to 11am this day. I had no choice to select the window neither time to prepare for it.The delivery email said We will notify you when the team is on the way." which had never happened. When the delivery team arrived at 8.15 am I was in the middle of the breakfast with my children preparing for school. I utterly had to throw my breakfast away to get the hot range unplugged and get things out of it.Two hours after delivery I found out that I forgot some things inside the range and called the delivery team support. There I heard "blah blah - we warned you you won't be able to get things back - blah blah". No you didn't warn me about that. No your team didn't notify me properly in advance. Because the delivery and haul away job I paid for was done so lousy I now need to find new IKEA pot lids which IKEA doesn't sell at all."

Amazing experience dealing with Downtown Truck. Real-time tracking was accurate. Team was courteous and professional utilizing runners and blankets to protect my home. They were careful and efficient. Everything I would expect when choosing white glove service. Thank you.

They left a senior citizen begging in tears and DROVE OFF!When Downtown Truck arrived, they were incredibly quick to get in and out, even though I said my landlord is on the way and wanted to be there to ensure the order was correct. She had requested a call 20 minutes before the delivery, and they did not call the correct number requested. They were impatient and clearly wanted to be in and out as soon as possible.When she arrived, my landlord was upset with the order mix up (not Downtown Truck, but Canadian Appliance Sources fault) and asked if the delivery company could wait a moment so she could call CASE . They were so quick and rude, and my landlord, who is a senior citizen, was confused and panicking, and there was miscommunication. The delivery men left the new dryer in my garage without installing it. I asked them to please install the dryer so we could have a functioning washer and dryer. They said they’d already been at our house long enough, and left without my landlord signing the papers. They drove off and left her begging and almost in tears.Canadian Appliance Source is also a disgusting company who has not done anything on their end to smooth this over, but Downtown Truck should fire the delivery driver who left my landlord in a place where I was scared she would have a heart attackShe ended up having to pay her handy man to install the dryer
